Subject:-Delegation of Power to adjudicate/sanction/grant of Special Family pension/Liberalised Family Pension in respect of PBORs of Air Force & Navy

Sir,

With the approval of competent authority, it has been decided to delegate the powers of Principal Controller of Defence Accounts  (Pension), Allahabad to grant of  sanction/adjudicate matters relating to grant of Liberalised family pension and special family pension to the NOKs of Personnel below Officers Rank (PBORs) of Air Force and Navy to the Controller of Defence Accounts, (Navy), Mumbai and Controller of Defence Accounts (Air Force),New Delhi respectively with immediate effect and until further orders.

2. This letter issues with the concurrence of Defence Finance vide their U.O. No. 1045/Pen/02 dated 26^th April, 2002.
