AMENDMENT

Subject: IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT'S DECISION ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE 5TH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION RELATING TO PENSIONARY BENEFITS IN RESPECT OF COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND PBORs.

     The following amendment is made to  Ministry of Defence letter No. No. 1(1)/99/D (Pension/Services) dated 7th June 1999 as amended vide corrigendum dated 23-06-1999, 08-06-2000,12-12-2000,
11-01-2001, 27-08-2001, 28-05-2002 and 23-06-2003 :-
