Ex. Cadet ‘M’ (26343/D/101) was with drawn from training in NDA w.e.f. 16.08.2000 on account of invaliding desease “ ASOM (with Labyrinthitis with facial N Palsy (Rt)”. The invaliding desease has been accepted by the competent authority as attributable to military service training with degree of disablement at 30% for life Therefore, the sanction of the President is hereby conveyed for grant of disability award @ 30% for life in addition to monthly ex-gratia
